Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Munro Industries account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
